The software package BIEMS (Bayesian inequality and equality constrained model selection) was developed for computing Bayes factors between hypotheses with order constraints and/or equality constraints between the means and regression parameters in the multivariate normal linear model. In BIEMS an automatic prior specification method is implemented based on the so-called conjugate expected constrained posterior prior (see the references below for more information). If prior information is available, the user can also manually specify a prior. BIEMS can be used for performing Bayesian t-tests, (M)AN(C)OVA, (multivariate) linear regression, and repeated measurements.
BIEMS is licenced under the GNU General Public License Version >=2. BIEMS (with manual) can be downloaded by clicking the link on the right.
